Arroway Modular Bracelets (AMB) offers a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We take quality control (QC) very seriously at AMB, and we strive to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. Should you encounter any manufacturing defects or related issues, please contact us, and we will respond within 1- 3 business days.

 

Warranty

The 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. 

 

AMB 1-year limited Warranty Does Not Cover

The 1-year limited warranty does not extend to:

- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.

- Theft, loss, or any consequential damages arising from such incidents.

- Accessories for bracelets, such as spring bars and watch tools, are not covered under the warranty.

- Damage resulting from misuse or exposure to harsh conditions.

 

AMB 1-year limited Warranty Eligibility

To be eligible for coverage under the 1-year limited warranty, the bracelet must:

- Have been purchased directly from the AMB's website (arrowaybracelets.com.)

- Include proof of original purchase (such as an order number.)

 

Proof of Purchase

- Official AMB products purchased from our website will retain an order number that verifies the date of purchase.

- To validate your claim under the 1-year limited warranty, please provide proof of original purchase, including:

  (1) Your order number.

  (2) The date of purchase.

  (3) The name of the person who placed the order.

 

- The AMB 1-year limited warranty begins on the date of purchase and lasts for one year, plus a one-week grace period for shipping and handling.

- AMB products purchased second-hand or without proof of purchase are not covered by the warranty.

- Replicas, counterfeits, or unauthorized reproductions of AMB products are not covered in any way by the warranty.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is covered under the warranty, please contact our customer service team with the following information:

- Your order number.

- A description of the defect.

- Photographic evidence of the defect.
