RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with AMB. We truly appreciate your business. Please read our RETURN AND REFUND POLICY carefully. We strongly advise all customers to not size or otherwise install their AMB-001 bracelet if they have any concerns about sizing upon receiving their bracelet.
*If you have any questions or concerns about your new bracelet being possibly too short or the wrong size, the time to contact us is now, after you have received your bracelet, and before you size or install it. Thank you.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
PLEASE NOTE: AMB bracelets are handmade, hand-finished, low-volume items. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned 100% unworn, unaltered, and in their original, salable condition. This includes being free from any signs of adjustment, sizing, scratches, or damage, and the item must be returned in its original packaging with all factory seals and protective plastic still intact (i.e., not peeled off or tampered with).
All accessories, gifts with purchase, spring bars, and any other included items must also be returned. All returns must be received in new condition to allow for restocking.
Returns will NOT BE ACCEPTED for items that have been sized, worn, used, modified, bent, damaged, stained, mounted, or otherwise altered. Additionally, spring bar items and gift cards are non-returnable. All items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all factory seals and protective plastic intact, along with all the packaging materials.
PLEASE NOTE: Some returns may be accepted, depending on circumstances and specific conditions, at the discretion of AMB. Please contact AMB for more details.
RETURN PROCESS
Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of package receipt. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund. Returns initiated outside of the 14-day return period without prior approval from our customer service team will be sent back to the customer with no refund issued.
Before accepting a return request, our customer service team may require photos of the bracelet and its packaging to verify eligibility under our policy.
All returned items will be inspected to confirm compliance with our return policy prior to processing refunds. If any packaging materials have been removed or the bracelet has been clearly sized, worn, used, modified, bent, damaged, stained, mounted, or otherwise altered, the product will not be eligible for return.
Customers must contact us via the form on Contact Us page with your order number, date of purchase, and the item you wish to return to obtain approval before returning any items.
You will be notified once your return request has been approved, when the item has been received, and when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3 business days for your return request to be processed.
INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return it in its original condition (see our Return Policy for full details) and place a new order for the desired item.
FEES AND REFUNDS
If a return is approved, and the item is in 100% original, unused, unsized condition, with all factory protective stickers intact -- not removed and reapplied -- a one time flat cancellation/return processing fee of $35.00 USD will be deducted from the total to be refunded to the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for returning their AMB-001 bracelet to AMB. Liability for the item remains the responsibility of the customer until it is back in the hands of AMB.
Please choose a trusted method for shipping your AMB-001 bracelet back to AMB. Please email us with FULL TRACKING INFORMATION as soon as you have it. AMB is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Returns are not accepted for any items that have been sized, worn, test-fit, or otherwise show any signs of wear. Items are only eligible for return if they are deemed to be in 100% resalable condition, by AMB.
In certain very specific instances, items might be accepted for return, even if they are deemed outside the above mentioned parameters, but a restocking fee of $80.00 USD will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. (This $80.00 USD restocking fee overrides the $35.00 USD cancellation fee. You will not be charged the $35.00 USD cancellation fee on top of, or in addition to, the $80.00 USD restocking fee.)
Any original shipping fees are not refundable.

Any returned product that exhibits any signs of wear or damage that disqualify it from being restocked, may be returned to the customer, and no refund will be offered.
APPROVED REFUNDS will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days (or longer, depending on your bank) after issuance. Additional charges incurred by Arroway Modular Bracelets due to the return, such as return shipping fees or customs charges, may also be deducted from the refund amount.
Arroway® Modular Bracelets, LLC reserves the right to deny a return if the item(s) do not meet the strict criteria outlined above.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label. AMB does not provide return shipping label of any kind.
Arroway Modular Bracelets is not responsible for any lost packages during the return process. In the event that a return package is lost in transit, the responsibility lies with the customer. Therefore, we highly recommend obtaining shipping insurance and using a trackable shipping service for your return package to ensure it reaches us safely.
