ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
When a customer places an order in good faith, a process is initiated wherein certain fees are collected from our business by our eCommerce partners. When that order is cancelled, those processing fees are not refunded to our business, and in effect we lose that amount.
AMB will deduct a flat fee of $35.00 USD, from the total to be refunded to the customer, to cover all or most of those processing fees already paid, as per common industry practice.
Our website is set up so it is not possible to "accidentally place an order." We understand sometimes we all have a change of heart, and we appreciate that, but we are running a business. In most cases, we are happy to oblige, and cancel your order, even after it has left our facilities, but we cannot be penalized for a customer's indecision. Thank you for your understanding.
