Instead of using a tape measure with one hand, we have found that using our proven "Masking Tape Method" will give you better results. If your watch does not have an existing metal bracelet, please measure your wrist by following the instructions here:
Once you have an accurate wrist measurement please contact us and we can dial in your final AMB-001 length recommendation. 🙂
