What is a "True Mesh" or "Full Mesh" bracelet and how does it differ from "faux-mesh" or partial mesh bracelets?

Answer:

"True Mesh" or "Full Mesh" bracelets refers to mesh bracelets that have mesh panels or sections that are fully interwoven or consist of unbroken links from the end tubes where they connect to the watch's lugs, all the way to the clasp.

There are no "faux-mesh" removable bracelet links, or other removable links, between the genuine mesh and the clasp. Such removable links make bracelets that use them "partial mesh" bracelets as they are no longer using fully mesh panels as their main structure. In our opinion, partial mesh bracelets offer some of the looks of a True Mesh or Full Mesh bracelet, but they also have many of the drawbacks of traditional linked bracelets, as well as the unique problem of those unsightly faux-mesh links themselves. They are no longer purely mesh bracelets.

With our Full Mesh bracelets, the fine-scale mesh constantly conforms to the natural shape of the wrist. This is the key element of our design in terms of offering all-day wearing comfort. It's the edges and angles of those rigid faux-mesh removable links that can create "hot spots" throughout the day. With our Full Mesh there is less need for constant size adjustment because the mesh itself better conforms to the shape of your wrist from moment to moment.

We hope you will experience the all-day comfort of our True Mesh or Full Mesh AMB-001 Milanese Mesh Bracelet sometime soon. 🙂
